These Terms & Conditions govern all access to and commercial dealings with AP Export Hub. By engaging with us, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

AP Export Hub operates as an international exporter of handcrafted goods, including furniture, home décor, and related artisanal products. All quotations, samples, and orders are subject to availability, feasibility of production, and mutual written agreement between buyer and seller.

All product information, including images, dimensions, colors, and descriptions, is indicative only. As products are handcrafted, minor variations in finish, texture, size, or color are inherent and shall not be treated as defects.

All prices are provided on request and are based on specifications, order volume, packaging requirements, and destination. Prices remain valid only for the quoted period unless otherwise confirmed in writing. Final pricing is subject to confirmation after mutual agreement.

An order shall be deemed confirmed only upon written acceptance by both parties, including agreed specifications, pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions. Any post-confirmation changes may result in revisions to price, production schedule, or delivery timeline.

Payment terms are strictly defined prior to order confirmation and must be adhered to without exception. AP Export Hub reserves the right to suspend production, withhold shipment, or cancel orders in case of non-compliance with agreed payment terms.

All production and delivery timelines are estimated and provided in good faith. AP Export Hub shall not be liable for delays caused by force majeure events, customs clearance, shipping carrier delays, or any circumstances beyond reasonable control.

The risk of loss or damage to goods transfers to the buyer in accordance with agreed Incoterms. Once goods are handed over to the carrier or freight forwarder, AP Export Hub shall bear no responsibility for transit delays, damages, or losses.

All shipments must be inspected upon receipt. Claims related to quantity or quality must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery with supporting evidence. As products are custom-made or bulk-manufactured, returns or replacements are not accepted unless expressly agreed in writing prior to shipment.

AP Export Hub shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, government restrictions, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

All website content, product designs, images, branding, and written material are the exclusive property of AP Export Hub.

No part of this content may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

AP Export Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from business transactions or use of this website.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in West Bengal, India.

AP Export Hub reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be published on this page.
