Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy governs all export transactions conducted with AP Export Hub. By placing an order, the buyer agrees to the terms outlined below.

As AP Export Hub deals primarily in made-to-order and bulk export goods, returns are not standard practice. Returns shall only be accepted if explicitly agreed in writing prior to order confirmation.

Returns may be considered only under the following verified conditions:

• Goods received are materially different from approved specifications
• Verified manufacturing defects identified through inspection
• Quantity discrepancy beyond mutually accepted tolerance levels

All claims must be submitted within a reasonable period after delivery, supported by clear photographic or documentary evidence.

Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed only after inspection, verification, and mutual written agreement between both parties.

Approved resolutions may include:

• Partial refund
• Replacement of goods
• Credit adjustment against future orders

Refunds shall not be issued automatically and are subject to case-by-case evaluation.

Refunds or returns shall not be applicable in the following cases:

• Minor variations in color, texture, finish, or size due to handcrafted production processes
• Damage occurring during transit once goods are handed over to the carrier, as per agreed Incoterms
• Order cancellation after commencement of production
• Buyer’s change of mind after order confirmation

All shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and related charges are non-refundable unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

Once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier or freight forwarder, risk transfers to the buyer in accordance with agreed international trade terms (Incoterms).

AP Export Hub reserves the right to update, modify, or revise this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.
