At AP Export Hub, we follow clear and fair return and refund practices suitable for international export transactions. Please review the policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns

Due to the nature of export orders, most products are manufactured or arranged based on buyer specifications. Therefore, returns are generally not accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to order confirmation.

Returns may be considered only under the following conditions:

• Goods received are significantly different from the approved specifications
• Manufacturing defects confirmed through inspection
• Quantity mismatch beyond acceptable tolerance

Any return request must be reported within a reasonable time after receipt of goods, along with clear supporting evidence.

Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only after verification and mutual agreement between both parties. Approved refunds may be issued in the form of:

• Partial refund
• Adjustment in future orders
• Replacement of goods

Refunds will not be provided for delays caused by customs clearance, logistics providers, force majeure events, or factors beyond our control.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

• Minor variations in color, finish, or design due to handcrafted nature
• Damage occurring during transit once goods are handed over to the carrier
• Orders canceled after production has started
• Buyer’s change of mind after order confirmation 

Shipping & Duties

Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and related costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
